James Smith is one of the I&C Account Managers and has been part of the CUB UK team since 2014. Responsible for the accounts of both current and prospective clients, James explains what it’s like to work with an experienced and close-knit team.
“I joined the team in December because I wanted to work for a business with a caring and supportive ethos as well as a drive to provide the best service for its customers. Our team has a huge amount of experience and knowledge within the energy sector and are always happy to share this with each other and our customers.
I take time to understand each of my clients’ experiences and work hard to gain their trust within CUB by actively demonstrating our highly ethical standards and values. I ensure that I am up to date with the latest energy industry and market news so I am aware of the latest developments within the energy sector, ensuring I can provide the best service for my clients. I use market data to help clients lock in prices with suppliers and I am proud to provide a first class service.
Last month we successfully achieved ISO 9001 accreditation. The team, especially our Head of Business Support Vicky Ellis, put a massive amount of effort into achieving this and it was a well deserved result for the whole team. The company has a fantastic culture with a great vision for the future and a distinct focus on performing the best for our clients and our fellow colleagues."
